On the whole, enterprises and individuals are viewed as basically different entities in business life. However, they have more in common than is imagined and are frequently linked for good or evil by virtue of their reciprocal interaction. Yet, are they really? Nevertheless, there is a kind of smallest common denominator that is simultaneously meaningful and convenient for both.
What is common to both is their capacity for suffering, which usually proceeds from one and is transferred to the other. It is a downward spiral, often heralding the beginning of the end.
The culture of an enterprise alone cannot be employed as a panacea for the smooth and fruitful interaction between enterprises and individuals. However, a corporate culture based on common values offers scope for development beneficial to both employees and enterprises. Often potentials hidden in their light are revealed, ensuring this partnership a rosy future.
In terms of sport, corporate culture is the match ball with two possible outcomes: winning or losing! And what is said so often: it is not allowed to lose!
